PART Commercial Kitchen Hire
Available now, this new purpose built production kitchen in Moss Vale is a great option for food producers, caterers, freelance chefs, etc who require access to a council approved commercial quality production kitchen, without the capital cost of a bespoke commercial kitchen set up and with the convenience and great value of half day, night time and full day hire options.
Hire preference is given to regular standing ongoing bookings (weekly or fortnightly) or a minimum number of bookings in a 3 month period. Casual one-off bookings are by special arrangement only.
Hirers will have exclusive use of the kitchen space during dedicated booking times for a low 'Base' fixed facility cost, inclusive in the 'Base' cost is utilities and property outgoings. Additional usage of specific kitchen equipment is charged on a per session basis. The kitchen set up is flexible with kitchen benches on wheels. Fridge and freezer space are both available during sessions.
Additional warehouse storage space hire may be also be available (via special arrangement).
The current list of “Optional” commercial kitchen equipment includes:
- 7 tray Combi Steam Oven (3 phase)
- LPG 150 litre Direct Stockpot
- 3 Phase 60 litre indirect stockpot (ideal for jams, sauces etc)
- Gas hob (4 burner) with case oven)
- 3 Phase hydraulic sausage making machinery.
